Spanish for the Camino Podcast
My first interview in Spanish! Maria Seco teaches Spanish for the Camino and I was delighted to be invited as her first guest of the 25-26 season.
In 2019, Dan Mullins interviewed me about the Camino experiences I’d had to that point.
This is an interview about our own expectations, our fathers, our vows, our loves and our lives. I hope you enjoy this podcast as much as I did speaking with Rebecca. She shines like a new diamond. enjoy dm
Dan Mullins, Podcaster, “My Camino - The Podcast”
In 2016, Dave Whitson did a series of interviews where each guest talked about their journey along a specific section of the Camino Francés (the most popular route). He interviewed me about the section from Pamplona to Los Arcos.
BustedHalo.com hired me to blog as I walked my first Camino in 2012.
At that time, the site was for people who were questioning their Catholic faith/upbringing, which I was.
My series was called “A Pilgrim’s Progress.” Click here to read it.
Upon my return, I was told mine was the most popular short-term blog they’d had to date, so they asked me to continue writing for them. I wrote “Pilgrim’s Practice” for one year—telling stories about integrating the lessons of the Camino into my daily life.
In July, 2012, I stopped working for a year in order to pursue various dreams and interests (one of which was walking the Camino de Santiago).
In this article, I gave some advice as to creative ways to save money on flights, meals and hotels.
I discovered a love (and dare I say talent for) writing about my adventures. Meeting so many people who wanted to stay updated about my life, in 2010 I started a blog. Click here to read it.
